Want you to know that that was the best conference I've ever been to - seriously! The caliber of speakers and attendees was marvelous and every talk was informative and interesting. Really a wonderful event, thank you so very much for including me!
CARMA was such a rare opportunity. I don’t usually get to interact with others who work in CRM. The assigned seating at lunch was a nice way to meet to some new people.
The sessions are teaching me so much and I didn’t feel like I was sitting in one big sales pitch — even though you guys are obviously trying to sell your product. :)
